Alcatel is involved in more than 40 major triple play deployments worldwide, including AT&T, who selected the portfolio as part of its project Lightspeed. It will provide IPTV, video on demand, and high-speed Internet for up to 18 million households in the U.S. Other triple play customers include incumbents such as Belgacom, France Telecom, KPN, Swisscom and Deutsche Telekom, as well as alternative and cable operators, including Be Unlimited, Ya.com and Sistema JSFC.
