Consulting
An audit of your current operations, which results in recommendations that include: economic modeling for CAPEX and OPEX, an OSS/BSS architecture, migration planning, and operational models for support and maintenance.
Process and functional requirements
Translating our consulting proposals into concrete deliverables, including roadmaps to drive operations, OSS/BSS, migration and staff organization.
Design and architecture
Developing a customer-centric, end-to-end OSS/BSS architecture that maps to your service strategy and fully integrates with your new network, including information flows for inventory management, provisioning, alarm management, QoS management and billing.
OSS-BSS integration
Configuring rules and customizing all required software.
Integration and testing
End-to-end solution testing for network design and deployment, including managing all third-party services. Deliverables include an operational readiness test (ORT) plan to assure the functionality and proof-of-concept of all systems.
Migration
Includes both physical services migration to your new network.
Operational support and maintenance
The design, implementation and management of the network operation processes within a turnkey integration project. It may include service fulfillment and service assurance, NOC management and field services transformation, and support and maintenance.
