The scope of Alcatel's Network Program includes the following practices.

• Consulting and requirements
  A detailed assessment of your current environment and operational conditions, combined with your service strategy, to develop a reference architecture. We recommend network topology, specific technology, implementation schedules; and create process and functional requirements for the master project plan.
• Design and architecture
  From the customer premises to the service platform, this architecture is the technical blueprint for master project plan implementation.
• Solution integration and testing
  Extensive tests are conducted in the Alcatel Strategic Solutions Lab to minimize commercial and technical risks, resulting in an approved network solution release.
• Deployment
  

  FTTx testing in the Network Integration Lab

  The processes, methods, and procedures to get your network up and running. Alcatel also commissions and installs equipment and software, and performs field-level testing.
