Latest In-Stat report helps Service Providers establish effective business strategies to meet the broadband needs of their end-users.
To better understand the attitudes and behavior that will drive the adoption of next-generation applications and services, In-Stat recently conducted an electronic survey of over 1,000 North American households that currently subscribe to broadband Internet access service.
The report covers current usage of communication and entertainment services and general lifestyle questions. The research identified six groups of households with distinctive characteristics.
