PETER FABER |
The vessel was built by Dannebrog Shipyard in Denmark and
delivered in 1982 but has been converted in 2002 with more powerful thrusters. Peter Faber is designed to carry out cable laying operations,
handle cable ploughs, ROV perform cable maintenance. The ship is a highly
efficient cable ship with the most advanced cable hauling machinery onboard.
It is the only vessel in the fleet capable of doing cable repairs over
the bow – an advantage in strong currents.
