 Simplifying the management of the complete communications network, Alcatel-Lucent provides a user friendly and integrated management and operation system (AMOS, Alcatel-Lucent Operation System for Metro). The system can be configured to provide management at station level and is also scalable to allow operation at a central level. In addition, it enables the remote monitoring and control of the entire network and real time operational management. It allows as well interoperability between the various managed sub-systems. |
