Verizon's Managed Communication Service, powered by Alcatel's Omni PCX Office system and professional services, and Alcatel's 5900 IPTV applications, part of Alcatel's User-Centric Triple Play portfolio, have both made the shortlist of nominees for the World Communication Awards.
