Exhaustive, industry first independent tests confirm a best-in-class solution with superior scalability and resiliency

In April 2008, Isocore carried out independent, comprehensive testing and an evaluation of Alcatel-Lucent’s IP/MPLS portfolio for mobile backhaul – a part of the Alcatel-Lucent Mobile Evolution Transport Architecture (META). The results of this testing confirm that the solution is a highly flexible, scalable and resilient capability for mobile backhaul in all the major 2G and 3G traffic transport environments, e.g. GSM/UMTS/HSPA and CDMA/EV-DO as well as providing a future-safe capability for emerging 4G services.
